Welcome to Spicy Sculpt Club. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of spicysculptclub.com, our membership, classes, programs, content, and related services.

By accessing or using Spicy Sculpt Club, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

1. About Spicy Sculpt Club

Spicy Sculpt Club provides online fitness, movement, Pilates, sculpt, strength, HIIT, yoga, and wellness-related content and services.

Our services may include:

Live online classes

On-demand workout classes

Membership access

Individual class purchases

Programs and challenges

Other digital fitness content and services we may offer in the future

We reserve the right to modify, update, add, or discontinue services at any time.

Spicy Sculpt Club currently offers a membership that provides access to eligible live classes and our on-demand workout library.

Membership pricing, benefits, and included services are displayed on our website at the time of purchase.

Unless otherwise stated, membership fees are charged on a recurring basis according to the billing schedule selected at checkout.

You are responsible for providing accurate and current billing and account information.

3. Free Trial

Spicy Sculpt Club may offer a 7-day free trial to eligible new members.

Unless you cancel before the end of the trial period, your membership will automatically convert to a paid membership at the applicable recurring membership rate displayed at the time you sign up.

Only one free trial may be available per person or account, and we reserve the right to determine eligibility for promotional offers.

4. Cancelling Your Membership

You may cancel your membership by contacting us at hello@spicysculptclub.com.

Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, cancellation will prevent future recurring charges, but you will generally retain access to your membership through the end of your current paid billing period.

Membership fees that have already been charged are generally non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or stated in a specific promotion or offer.

5. Individual Classes & Drop-In Access

Individual live classes may be available for purchase separately from a membership.

The current drop-in rate is $7 per class, unless otherwise stated.

Class availability, schedules, pricing, and formats may change from time to time.

6. Live Classes

Live classes may be offered through third-party platforms such as Zoom or other video-conferencing services.

You are responsible for having a compatible device, internet connection, and any required software needed to participate.

Class schedules may occasionally change or be cancelled due to circumstances including instructor availability, technical difficulties, or other unforeseen events.

If The Defined Method cancels a class, we may provide an alternative class, reschedule the class, or provide another appropriate remedy when applicable.

7. On-Demand Content

Membership and program content may include access to pre-recorded workouts and other digital materials.

Access to on-demand content is provided for your personal use only.

You may not copy, reproduce, record, download, distribute, sell, share, publish, or otherwise exploit Spicy Sculpt Club’s workout videos or other content without our written permission.

8. Programs & Digital Products

Spicy Sculpt Club may offer programs, challenges, guides, or other digital products separately from the standard membership.

Program pricing, duration, access period, and included content will be disclosed at the time of purchase.

We reserve the right to update or modify program content when reasonably necessary.

9. Intellectual Property

All content provided by Spicy Sculpt Club including but not limited to workout videos, class recordings, written materials, graphics, logos, branding, website content, photographs, videos, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Spicy Sculpt Club unless otherwise stated.

Your purchase of a membership, class, or program gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access the applicable content for your personal use.

It does not transfer ownership of any content to you.

10. Account & Access

If you create an account with Spicy Sculpt Club, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for activity that occurs through your account.

Membership and program access is intended for the individual who purchased the applicable service.

You may not share your login credentials or allow others to use your membership or paid access without our permission.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe an account is being misused or these Terms are being violated.

11. Fitness & Wellness Disclaimer

Spicy Sculpt Club provides fitness and movement content for general informational and educational purposes.

Participation in exercise involves inherent risks, including the possibility of injury. You voluntarily participate in classes, workouts, and programs and assume responsibility for exercising within your own abilities.

You should consult with a qualified healthcare professional before beginning a new exercise program, particularly if you have any medical condition, injury, physical limitation, or concern about your ability to safely participate.

Spicy Sculpt Club and its instructors do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

If you experience pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or other concerning symptoms during exercise, stop participating and seek appropriate medical attention.

12. Assumption of Risk

By participating in Spicy Sculpt Club’s classes, workouts, programs, or other fitness activities, you acknowledge that physical exercise carries inherent risks.

You voluntarily assume responsibility for the risks associated with participation and agree to use your own judgment regarding your fitness level, physical abilities, and whether an exercise is appropriate for you.

You are responsible for ensuring that your workout environment and equipment are safe and suitable for exercise.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Spicy Sculpt Club and its owners, instructors, contractors, and affiliates are not responsible for injuries, losses, damages, or claims arising from your use of our website, participation in our classes or programs, or reliance on information provided through our services, except where such liability cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

You agree to use our website and services only for lawful purposes.
